KEEPING YOU SAFE
The safety of our members and staff is our main priority, and while things all around us appear a little different from what we are used to. Five Star Gym will continue to provide the best service and as uninterrupted as possible. There will no doubt need to be some changes going forward and below is what we ask of you and also what we have and will continue to do for you to get us all through this.
WHAT WE (BORIS) ASK OF YOU
While in the gym please adhere to social distancing
Wash and sanitise your hands in line with the Government guidelines
Please adhere to the one way system
No personal belongings on the gym floor
Shower and change at home where possible
Limit shouting and excessive noise
All guidelines are set out by the Government and under constant review. We will be monitoring them regularly
WHAT WE HAVE DONE FOR YOU
We have used this time to re model the gym from top to bottom.
Creating 2 new dedicated zones. Five Star Yoga and Five Star Cycle
There are 30 new hand sanitising stations located around the gym,
Along with 15 new cleaning stations. So you have no excuse to clean your equipment before and after use.
We have negotiated a new cleaning contract and implemented a more stringent cleaning and sanitising programme. Staff will be visible within the gym to ensure that this is followed.
We have updated our terms and conditions and carried out a new detailed Covid risk assessment
HOW WILL IT EFFECT ME?
Whilst we have made every effort to minimise the effect on us all there will be some notable changes around the gym and how we operate. We are hoping this will only be in the short term but we have prepared for the long just in case.
Your safety is key so we are really focusing on keeping the gym clean and covid free. We ask if you have symptoms please not to attend the gym. We will be operating the track and trace system in the gym so for the time being everyone has to be a member to enable us to do the.
The gym numbers will be limited so if you wish to call or email before you attend please do. The class timetable and occupancy will be reduced to fall in line with Government regulations and we will look to increase these as and when we can.
